How to export your Absa bank statements
Download your Absa statements from Absa Online Banking or the Absa app, with a link to Absa's official how-to.
Absa provides downloadable PDF statements through Absa Online Banking and the Absa app. Some channels also let you choose a data format when you download.

What you can export
- PDF (stamped statement)
- CSV or Excel where your channel offers it
In Absa Online Banking
- Log in to Absa Online Banking.
- Click Accounts and select the account.
- Click Statements, then Archive statement.
- Select the month or date range you need.
- Click the Download icon and save the file.
In the Absa app
- Log in to the Absa app and tap the account.
- Tap Statements, then Download stamped statement.
- Choose a date range and download the PDF.
What to send us
Send the PDF statement for the full period we asked for. A bank-stamped statement is ideal. If you are ever offered a CSV or Excel option, choose that as well.
