How to export your Standard Bank statements
Download Standard Bank statements from the app or Online Banking, with a link to Standard Bank's official help centre.
Standard Bank lets you download or email statements from the app and from Online Banking. On Online Banking you can often choose a data format for your accounting software.

What you can export
- PDF (statement)
- OFX or CSV where Online Banking offers it
In the Standard Bank app
- Open the app and select your account.
- Scroll to Your documents and tap View and save.
- Tap the menu next to the statement you want.
- Download it to your device or send it by email.
In Standard Bank Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking and open the account.
- Go to Statements or transaction history and set the date range.
- Click Download and pick the format (PDF, or OFX or CSV where offered).
- Save or email the file.
What to send us
Where your bank offers a data file (CSV, OFX or Excel), send that. It imports straight into your books. If your bank only offers a PDF, a clear, full-period statement is perfectly fine.
