How to export your Capitec bank statements
Email a stamped Capitec PDF statement from the app, or export CSV, OFX or QIF from Capitec business banking. Includes links to Capitec's official help.
For a personal Capitec account, you email a stamped PDF statement straight from the app. Capitec business banking can export transactions to CSV, OFX or QIF for accounting software.

What you can export
- PDF (stamped, personal accounts)
- CSV, OFX or QIF (Capitec business banking)
In the Capitec app (personal)
- Sign in to the Capitec app and choose your account.
- Tap the three dots in the top right.
- Select Statement and choose a date range.
- Tap Share PDF Statement to email the stamped PDF.
Personal Capitec statements are PDF only. If you bank with Capitec business banking, use the accounting integration link above to export CSV, OFX or QIF.
What to send us
Send the PDF statement for the full period we asked for. A bank-stamped statement is ideal. If you are ever offered a CSV or Excel option, choose that as well.
