Nedbank gives you a stamped PDF statement, and on Online Banking you can export a date range of transactions to CSV, OFX or OFC for your accounting software.
Official guide:
Nedbank: how to download statements
What you can export
- PDF (stamped statement)
- CSV, OFX or OFC (transaction export, Online Banking)
In Nedbank Online Banking (best for CSV or OFX)
- Log in with your Nedbank ID.
- Click Statements and documents, then Statements.
- Select the account.
- Choose the month or a date range.
- Click Download, choosing CSV, OFX or OFC where offered.
In the Nedbank Money app
- Log in and tap More.
- Tap Statements and documents, then the arrow next to Statements.
- Confirm the account and tap the month you want.
- Tap the download arrow to save the PDF.
The last three months are usually free, with a small fee per older statement.
What to send us
Where your bank offers a data file (CSV, OFX or Excel), send that. It imports straight into your books. If your bank only offers a PDF, a clear, full-period statement is perfectly fine.
