How to export your Nedbank statements

Download stamped Nedbank statements, or export transactions to CSV or OFX from Nedbank Online Banking, with a link to Nedbank's official guide.

Nedbank gives you a stamped PDF statement, and on Online Banking you can export a date range of transactions to CSV, OFX or OFC for your accounting software.

What you can export

  • PDF (stamped statement)
  • CSV, OFX or OFC (transaction export, Online Banking)

In Nedbank Online Banking (best for CSV or OFX)

  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID.
  2. Click Statements and documents, then Statements.
  3. Select the account.
  4. Choose the month or a date range.
  5. Click Download, choosing CSV, OFX or OFC where offered.

In the Nedbank Money app

  1. Log in and tap More.
  2. Tap Statements and documents, then the arrow next to Statements.
  3. Confirm the account and tap the month you want.
  4. Tap the download arrow to save the PDF.

The last three months are usually free, with a small fee per older statement.

What to send us

Where your bank offers a data file (CSV, OFX or Excel), send that. It imports straight into your books. If your bank only offers a PDF, a clear, full-period statement is perfectly fine.
