How to export your African Bank statements
Download or email a PDF statement from the African Bank (MyWORLD) app or internet banking, with a link to African Bank's help guide.
African Bank provides PDF statements from the MyWORLD app and from internet banking. You can download, print or email them.

What you can export
- PDF (statement)
In the African Bank app
- Open the African Bank app and log in to your MyWORLD profile.
- Select the relevant account.
- Go to Account Documents and tap Get Statement.
- Choose a date range (it defaults to 90 days).
- Download, print or email the PDF.
In internet banking
- Log in at ib.africanbank.co.za.
- Go to Account Documents and click Get Statement.
- Choose your date range and download or email the PDF.
What to send us
Send the PDF statement for the full period we asked for. A bank-stamped statement is ideal. If you are ever offered a CSV or Excel option, choose that as well.
