How to export your Investec statements and transactions
Download PDF statements or export transactions to CSV from Investec Online, with a link to Investec's official statements page.
Investec gives you PDF statements, and you can export a date range of transactions to CSV through Investec Online, which is best for bookkeeping.

What you can export

In Investec Online
- Log in to Investec Online.
- For a statement, open account overview and activity, then view statements, and download the PDF.
- For transactions, go to Account queries, then Transaction History.
- Select the account and a date range.
- Choose Transaction history with balance, click Download and pick CSV.
In the Investec app
- Open the Investec app and select the account.
- Open statements or documents to download or email a statement.
What to send us
Where your bank offers a data file (CSV, OFX or Excel), send that. It imports straight into your books. If your bank only offers a PDF, a clear, full-period statement is perfectly fine.
