How to export your Investec statements and transactions

Download PDF statements or export transactions to CSV from Investec Online, with a link to Investec's official statements page.

Investec gives you PDF statements, and you can export a date range of transactions to CSV through Investec Online, which is best for bookkeeping.

What you can export

  • PDF (statement)
  • CSV (transaction export)

In Investec Online

  1. Log in to Investec Online.
  2. For a statement, open account overview and activity, then view statements, and download the PDF.
  3. For transactions, go to Account queries, then Transaction History.
  4. Select the account and a date range.
  5. Choose Transaction history with balance, click Download and pick CSV.

In the Investec app

  1. Open the Investec app and select the account.
  2. Open statements or documents to download or email a statement.

What to send us

Where your bank offers a data file (CSV, OFX or Excel), send that. It imports straight into your books. If your bank only offers a PDF, a clear, full-period statement is perfectly fine.
