How to export your TymeBank (GoTyme Bank) statements
Email a PDF statement from the GoTyme Bank app (formerly TymeBank), with a link to the official help.
TymeBank is now GoTyme Bank, and banking is done in the app. You request a statement in the app and it is emailed to you as a PDF.

What you can export
- PDF (emailed statement)
In the GoTyme Bank app
- Log in to the GoTyme Bank app (formerly TymeBank).
- Open the Menu.
- Select Bank Statement, or Proof of Account.
- Your statement is emailed to your address within minutes.
- Forward that PDF to us.
In-app statements cover about 90 days, with longer periods available on request. Make sure an email address is saved under your profile so the statement can be sent.
What to send us
Send the PDF statement for the full period we asked for. A bank-stamped statement is ideal. If you are ever offered a CSV or Excel option, choose that as well.
